Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

Need a different size?

Simply contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start the process, send us a message on WhatsApp with:

• Your Order Number
• Reason for Return or Exchange
• Clear photos of the product (if required)

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer.
